1. Introduction
Padler (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Padler mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using Padler, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
a. Account Information
When you sign in with Google or Apple (iOS only), we collect your name, email, and profile picture.
b. Profile Information
You may provide a username, birthdate, gender, skill level, and profile photo.
c. Location Data
We collect approximate location to help suggest matches and communities near you.
d. Photos and Media
If you upload images to feeds or community posts, those images are stored securely on our servers.
e. Device & App Usage
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand usage patterns and improve performance. This includes anonymous data such as session duration, screen views, and app errors.
f. Payment Information
We do not store or process payment information directly. All transactions are securely handled by DANA Gapura via Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB), e-wallet, or QRIS. Each payment reference number is unique per transaction.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Enable account login and user profiles
- Personalize match and community recommendations
- Display rankings and leaderboards publicly
- Facilitate in-app payments and transactions
- Detect and prevent fraud or scams
- Improve user experience and app performance
- Send marketing or promotional updates (only with consent)
4. Data Sharing
Padler does not sell personal information.
We only share limited data with trusted service providers to support app functionality:
- Google & Firebase (analytics and crash reporting)
- DANA Gapura (secure payment processing)
All partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.
5. Feeds and Community Visibility
Feed posts from private communities are visible only to community members or followers.
Posts from open communities are visible to all users.
Feed visibility cannot be customized individually.
6. Leaderboards
Player and community leaderboards are publicly visible across the platform.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
If you delete your account, Padler retains your data for 30 days to prevent fraud and allow recovery requests.
After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted, while anonymized analytics may be retained for internal analysis.
8. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in Indonesia, hosted by Biznet.
All transmissions are protected with SSL / HTTPS encryption to ensure security.
9. Content and Responsibility
Users are responsible for their posts, images, and interactions on Padler.
Padler may remove or moderate any content that violates community guidelines, using a combination of manual review and automated detection.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted in-app and on our website, without direct user notification. Continued use of Padler means you accept the updated terms.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
